		<description>I think you raise a very good point... and you remind me that many great CTO/CIO teachers have long said that a good IT effort involves people, process and technology in the right mix.  I focus on disruptive technology because it is an important component but really I think Clayton Christensen would point out people and process are what makes technology really disruptive/innovative. </description>
