		<description>I have not seen a breakdown like that for CIOs, but CIO Magazine at CIO.com does a great job at articulating the many aspects of a CIO, that is probably a good site to dive deeper into. </description>

		<description>Joe thanks for the note.  I think all of us should have that focus on people and leadership.  I used to joke that I was a CTO which meant I cared about people and technology, just not in that order.  But it was always a joke.  It really is about people and mission and getting things done (that said, I really do like technology!). </description>
