Information Technology has not yet revealed its full potential within government entities. It definitively will have an impact even much more profound than the invention of telephone or any other previous technology. The process of adopting these new technologies will be gradual as the society itself absorbs them, but in order to transform the important part of society that constitutes the government, it is key to have leaders with vision & creativity that can stop thinking in the old way of doing things and have enough courage & capacity to break previous paradigms. It is not common to find this kind of leaders in the private sector and definitively even less in the government sector. It was very interesting to know what is being done in this regard in USA. Interesting article!
