		<description>Preston, good hearing Mr. Eggers is making the rounds.  Now that you mention it, there are probably dozens of really big intelligence community activities that would be good case studies.  I&#039;ve just gotten wind of another large intelligence community activity in the offing. So it is very good to know the DNI team has been thinking through these lessons. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cheers, &lt;br&gt;Bob</description>

		<description>I saw Mr. Eggers do a presentation on his book earlier this week hosted by the DNI and am looking forward to reading the book (next in the queue on the Kindle). I agree on your &quot;over study&quot; trap; it drives me nuts when  simple things seem to require a six month concept study. What happened to fail fast, fail cheap?</description>
