DIA Release 10-05-01
May 14, 2010
Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise Awards
(Washington D.C. – May 14, 2010) The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) has awarded 11
indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting information technology
(IT) requirements across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and the greater Intelligence
Community. The recipients of these contract awards are: (large) BAE Systems Information
Technology, Inc.; General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc.; Lockheed Martin
Corporation; Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation; Science Applications International
Corporation; and Systems Research and Applications Corporation; (small) BC Fed Group
LLC; CenTauri Solutions LLC; Enterprise Information Services, Inc.; Red Arch Solutions,
Inc.; and Worldwide Information Network Systems, Inc.
The Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) contract is designed to
enable streamlined execution, simplify purchase requests, standardize acquisition
documentation, improve enterprise program management for customers, provide better
reporting capability, improve contracting performance and data integrity and make the
Agency’s overall IT acquisition processes more efficient. Although managed by DIA, the
contract will also incorporate IT requirements from customers across the Defense Intelligence
Enterprise and the Intelligence Community. SITE is the second in a series of DIA Enterprise
IDIQ vehicles intended to bring acquisition excellence to the Agency. It follows DIA’s IDIQ
contract vehicle entitled “Solutions for Intelligence Analysis” which was awarded in
December 2007.
The SITE contract will have a ceiling of $6.6 billion over five years. DIA is expecting SITE
to facilitate cost efficiencies, innovative technical solutions, and enhanced competitive
opportunities for industry. Competition among the listed firms for task orders under the SITE
contract vehicle will begin this summer.
The SITE contract vehicle will replace the multiple awards for DIA’s Department of Defense
Intelligence Information System (DODIIS) Integration and Engineering Support Contracts
(DIESCON3) and replace the Air Force’s longstanding Intelligence Information, Command
and Control, Equipment and Enhancements (ICE2) single-award contract vehicle.
